Fanegie Badette is the owner and Clinical Director of Center Rock Mental Health Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who strives to help her clients feel more emotionally healthy, and balanced. She provides strategies and insight on how to manage anxiety and/or depression. She provides support and guidance to couples and families who desire to build deeper and long lasting connections. She also helps individuals learn how to be in tune with their beliefs and values, in order to help them reach their goals.
Fanegie has many years of experience working with pre-teens, adolescents, as well as adults. She has worked with families for 10 years, providing case management and family therapy services. Over the past 7 years, she has worked more closely with individuals, providing one on one counseling to address anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and goal setting. Fanegie now owns a group counseling practice, and provides clinical supervision to new therapists, offering insight and support as they learn and grow as clinicians.
Sara Loughlin is a Mental Health Counseling - Limited Permit Psychotherapist at Center Rock Mental Health Counseling. She believes that finding peace and balance in life can be both a challenge and a valuable opportunity for personal growth. Through a combination of traditional talk therapy. body-centered, compassion-focused, and trauma-informed approaches, her goal is to provide an inclusive and safe space where individuals can learn to use curiosity, self-compassion, and their body’s innate wisdom to discover their own unique path to healing. Sara works with those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship/family issues. She uses a combination of CBT, DBT, Compassion-Focused, and Polyvagal theory in her counseling to help individuals develop self-acceptance and a ready toolkit of coping skills. Sara also uses an Emotionally Focused approach when working with couples, in order to help them recognize negative cycles, reduce conflict, and deepen emotional connections. Sara offers an inclusive, nonjudgemental, and tolerant space for all, including LGBTQ+ individuals.
Alexa Cabrera, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Mental Health Counseling - Limited Permit Psychotherapist at Center Rock Mental Health Counseling. Her intention is to provide a safe, inclusive, and culturally affirming therapeutic space for folx from all walks of life to support them in navigating their journey. Alexa believes in being an active and reflective listener; empathizing and validating clients who seek to cultivate their best self. Alexa provides strength based and affirming counseling, in order to empower clients to reach their goals. She has worked collaboratively with adults and teenagers, utilizing varied counseling modalities that best support each client's individual needs. She has helped clients work through stress, anxiety, depression, as well as processing thoughts, trauma, grief and life transitions. Alexa also uses an Emotionally Focused approach when working with couples, in order to help them recognize unhealthy behavior patterns, improve communication, and reconnect on a deeper level.
Sherica Ross-Nickle is a Mental Health Counseling - Limited Permit Psychotherapist at Center Rock Mental Health Counseling. She is a firm believer that self-care is an integral part of improving your well-being, and "taking your power back". Sherica's personal and professional experience within the mental health field has driven her to support all in need of becoming the healthiest versions of themselves - inside and out. She has worked with a diverse population, and understands how our differences can impact our healing. Sherica offers a safe space for all – including all races, cultures, religions, and those within the LGBTQ+ community. She provides support and guidance for those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma, through the use of modalities such as traditional talk-therapy, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, as well as Mindfulness, and strength-based counseling.
